A Simple Idea

Lynch Property Services began in 2011, founded by Alice Lynch. Her experience in property and business management led to a simple idea: providing property inventories. What started as a side venture grew quickly, leading to a team expansion to manage increasing demand without compromising quality.

A Lack of Good Quality Work

As Lynch Property Services grew, a key challenge arose: tenants dissatisfied with cleanliness. In response, we launched a cleaning service to ensure homes were spotless before new tenants arrived, further enhancing our service offering.

A Quest to Do Things Better

Our focus on improvement led us to address client feedback and refine our services. Identifying gaps in gas and electrical coordination, we added these services to our offerings, simplifying property management and ensuring client satisfaction.
